PGNiG Group posts over one billion in net profit for the first quarter of 2019
The Group’s revenue rose to PLN 14.34bn in the first three months of the year, with consolidated EBITDA at PLN 2.16bn and EBIT at PLN 1.38bn. Net profit earned by the Group came to PLN 1.06bn.
May 10th 2019 PGNiG launches LNG deliveries to Ostrobramska Bus Depot
The Ostrobramska Bus Depot in Warsaw has received its first delivery of liquefied natural gas under a contract signed between PGNiG Obrót Detaliczny and the municipal bus company Miejske Zakłady Autobusowe of Warsaw on April 17th 2019 for the supply of LNG for 35 environmentally friendly natural gas-powered buses.
Port Arthur terminal authorized to export LNG out of the FTA zone
The US Department of Energy approved the export of LNG from Port Arthur LNG to non-FTA countries. The liquefaction and export facility is scheduled for launch in 2023. Cargoes of liquefied natural gas exported from this terminal will be received, among others, by PGNiG.
