17.08.2010 Changes in the Composition of PGNiG SA’s Management Board

Mr Waldemar Wójcik has resigned from his position as Vice-President of PGNiG SA's Management Board. The Company's Supervisory Board received his resignation letter on August 16th 2010.  

Mr Waldemar Wójcik served as Vice-President of the Management Board, Oil Mining Director, from January 28th 2009. The scope of his responsibilities included oil exploration and production both in Poland and abroad, as well as investment projects.

Before taking on the position of Vice-President of the Management Board, Mr Waldemar Wójcik headed the Sanok Branch of PGNiG SA.
