21.03.2008 Employee Representatives on the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA
Ms Agnieszka Chmielarz, Mr Mieczys?aw Kawecki and Ms Jolanta Siergiej are candidate to be appointed as the members of the Supervisory Board of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA appointed by the Company's employees.
Ms Agnieszka Chmielarz graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry at the University of Technology and Agriculture in Bydgoszcz, and completed postgraduate European studies at Warsaw University's Centre for Europe. Additionally, Ms Chmielarz completed a number of training courses, including a course for candidates for supervisory and management board members at companies State stock companies. She has worked for PGNiG SA for a number of years, until now at Gazownia Bydgoska gas distribution company.
Mr Mieczys?aw Kawecki graduated from the University of Science and Technologyin Kraków. He started his professional career in 1976 as an employee of the Wa?kowa Crude Oil Mine operated by the Sanok Branch of Górnictwo Nafty i Gazu. In 1990-1992, Mr Kawecki was a member of the Employees Council at Sanocki Zak?ad Górnictwa Nafty i Gazu. Mr Kawecki was also a member of the Employees Counci lof PGNiG SA during its sixth and seventh term of office.
Ms Jolanta Siergiej, employed at the Zielona Góra Branch of PGNiG SA, graduated from the Szczecin University of Technology and completed postgraduate studies in accountancy and finance at the Pozna? University of Economics. In the past, Ms Siergiej served on supervisory boards of Geofizyka Kraków Sp. zo.o. (1998-2000) and Poszukiwania Naftowe Diament Spó?ka z o.o. (2001-2002).
