30.12.2013 PGNiG Supervisory Board appoints new Management Board

At its meeting on December 30th 2013, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA closed the recruitment procedure. Pursuant to the Supervisory Board's decision, Mr Mariusz Zawisza will become the Company's new President as of January 1st 2014.

The Supervisory Board also appointed the following Members of the Management Board: Mr Jerzy Kurella as Vice-President, Trade; Mr Jarosław Bauc as Vice-President, Finance; Mr Zbigniew Skrzypkiewicz as Vice-President, Exploration and Production; and Mr Andrzej Parafianowicz as Vice-President, Corporate Affairs.

The incoming Management Board was appointed for a three-year term of office beginning on December 30th 2013 and ending on December 30th 2016.

The Supervisory Board also removed the current Management Board of PGNiG SA.
