08.11.2013 Press release of the PGNiG Supervisory Board meeting

In connection with the upcoming end of the present term of office of the PGNiG S.A. Management Board, at the meeting of November 8th 2013 the Supervisory Board decided to commence the qualification procedure for the following positions in the new, fourth joint term of the PGNiG S.A. Management Board:   - President of the Management Board,   - Vice-President of the Management Board for Trade,   - Vice-President of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer,   - Vice-President of the Management Board for Exploration & Production.
