Recruitment stages

  1. Application
    Your application is received by ORLEN Upstream Norway AS.
  2. Initial application selection
    Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis from the date of publishing and until the application deadline.
  3. Recruitment meeting
    If your application is of interest to us, you will be contacted for interviews.
  4. Selection of a candidate and submission of a job offer
    If you are the selected candidate for the role, we will perform reference checks, and if successful, you will receive a written offer from us and information about the company’s Privacy Policy for employees.
  5. Welcome on-board
    An onboarding process is initiated upon a signed contract of employment to facilitate integration into the role and company.
