28.01.2016 Changes in the Management Board of Exalo Drilling

On January 26th 2016, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Exalo Drilling S.A. of Piła passed resolutions on changes in the Company’s Management Board. The following persons were appointed to the Board: Ms Longina Ruszczyk-Czajor – as a Member of the Management Board and Mr Piotr Gliniak – as a Member of the Management Board.

Longina Ruszczyk-Czajor – a graduate of the University of Gdańsk’s Faculty of Economics of Production (Organisation and Management). She also completed doctoral studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (Collegium of Management and Finance) and an MBA programme at the Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, run in cooperation with the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. Since 2011, she has provided interim management services as the President of the Management Board or CFO and advisory services in the areas of restructuring, finance and logistics across Poland. Previously, she served as Chief Accountant and Finance and Accounting Director in other commercial-law companies. She has many years of experience in strategic and operational planning, liquidity management, budgeting, controlling of projects and processes, drafting policies and regulations, accountancy and reporting.

Piotr Gliniak – a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, Faculty of Biology and Earth Sciences (Stratigraphic and Prospecting Geology), where he obtained an MA degree. He also completed a post-graduate course in Drilling at the University of Science and Technology in Kraków and a managerial course in Corporate Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. Until 2015, he served as the President of the Management Board of EFIR Energy Sp. z o.o.

Previously, he worked for PGNiG S.A., where he held executive positions in the areas of geology and exploration. He has extensive experience in drilling and geological monitoring, high pressure gradient drilling, designing and documenting geological and geophysical projects, economic analysis required for the performance of exploration and evaluation work, and geological formation data analysis for the purposes of PGNiG S.A.’s foreign operations.
