28.01.2016 Changes in the Management Board of PGNiG TERMIKA
On January 26th 2016, the Extraordinary General Meeting of PGNiG TERMIKA S.A. of Warsaw passed resolutions on changes in the Company’s Management Board. The following Members of the Management Board of PGNiG TERMIKA S.A. were removed from office: Mr Marek Dec – President of the Management Board, Mr Jacek Chodkowski – Member of the Management Board. The following persons were appointed in their place to the Company’s Management Board as of January 27th 2016: Mr Wojciech Dąbrowski – as President of the Management Board, Mr Tomasz Wilczak – as Vice-President of the Management Board, Technology, Mr Michał Machlejd – as Vice-President of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer.
Wojciech Dąbrowski – a graduate of the University of Warsaw’s Faculty of Law and Administration, where he earned an MA in law. He also completed a post-graduate course in the Operation of Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine and Combined-Cycle Power and CHP Plants at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology, as well as courses at the Kozminski University and the University of Warsaw (Management in Public Administration).
From 2011, he served as Vice-President of the Management Board of Zakład Energetyki Cieplnej w Wołominie Sp. z o.o. Previously, he had worked for central and local government authorities, and as a legal and investment adviser. He served as an EU funding consultant and managed project teams.
He has experience in preparation and implementation of right-of-way projects, projects involving construction of buildings and process systems in power generation.
Tomasz Wilczak – a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Poznań University of Technology (Environmental Engineering − Heating and Ventilation). He also completed doctoral studies at the Poznań University of Technology.
Since 2007, he has held positions at the Office of Technical Inspection in Warsaw.
Formerly, he worked in public administration and served on the Management Boards of ENEA Group companies.
He has authored or co-authored numerous publications on heat generation, research in the area of heat exchangers and other devices, as well as automation of heating systems.
Michał Machlejd – a graduate of the SGGW Warsaw University of Life Sciences, where he obtained an MA title. He also completed post-graduate courses in Banking and Company Management in the EU at the Warsaw School of Economics.
From 2015, he served as Member of the Management Board of Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego Warszawa Północ Sp. z o.o. He has professional experience in banking and power generation. Previously, he sat on the Management Boards of Dalkia Warszawa S.A., Bank Przemysłowy S.A. of Łódź, BGŻ S.A., PKO BP, and Polski Bank Inwestycyjny S.A., and other companies.
