On December 19, 2016 the Supervisory Board of PGNiG Polish Oil and Gas Company has appointed a new Management Board of the Company for the tenure of 3 years that will commence on December 31, 2016:

• Piotr Woźniak - President of the Management Board of PGNiG,
• Michał Pietrzyk - Vice-President of the Management Board, Finance,
• Radosław Bartosik - Vice-President of the Management Board, Operational,
• Maciej Woźniak - Vice-President of the Management Board, Trade,
• Łukasz Kroplewski - Vice-President of the Management Board, Development.
