28.01.2009 Waldemar Wójcik - Vice-President of the Management Board of PGNiG responsible for oil mining

During its meeting on 28 January 2009, the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA named Mr Waldemar Wójcik as a Member of the Management Board of PGNiG holding the post of Vice President responsible for oil mining. His election to a term until 12 March 2011 was adopted unanimously in a secret ballot.

Mr Waldemar Wójcik graduated from the Oil Drilling Faculty at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, with a degree of master engineer in oil mining. Since 1981, he has worked at Sanocki Zakład Górnictwa Nafty i Gazu, initially as an administrative assistant at a Natural Gas Mine, then as a shift manager in the Well Workover Department, and next as a Director of the Mines Centre in Przemyśl. From 1994-1996 he was a member of the Workers Council at PGNiG. From 2001 until his appointment as a member of the Management Board Mr Waldemar Wójcik was Director of Sanocki Zakład Górnictwa i Gazu and later Director of the PGNiG Branch in Sanok.

Mr Waldemar Wójcik is not involved in any competitive activity outside PGNiG, nor is he a partner in any competitive civil-law partnership nor any other type of partnership. He is not a member of the governing bodies of any company competitive to PGNiG. He is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
