27.04.2010 Mirosław Dobrut Resigns from the Position of PGNiG SA’s Vice-President

On April 26th 2010, Mr Mirosław Dobrut, PGNiG SA's Vice-President responsible for Gas and Trade, tendered his resignation from the position on the Company's Management Board, with effect from April 30th 2010.

As required by the Company's Articles of Association, the letter of resignation was immediately sent to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG SA, and the Minister of State Treasury was also duly notified.

Mr Mirosław Dobrut's resignation follows from his appointment as President of the Management Board of EuRoPol Gaz.
