25.04.2013 PGNiG SA Shareholders adjourn the Annual General Meeting until May 22nd 2013
At the Annual General Meeting of April 24th 2013, the Shareholders of Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo SA (PGNiG SA) passed a resolution to adjourn the Meeting until May 22nd 2013.
At the Annual General Meeting to be held in May, PGNiG SA Shareholders will be voting on such matters as approval of discharge of the duties of the members of the Management and Supervisory Boards of PGNiG SA, as well as on distribution of profit for 2012.
